- 1Διάλεξε κέντρο: Γουδή, Άνω Πατήσια ή Ελληνορώσων — και τα τρία έχουν γήπεδα τένις.
- 2Κάνε εγγραφή μέλους στον ΟΠΑΝΔΑ και έκδοση της ετήσιας κάρτας. Χωρίς αυτήν δεν γίνεται κράτηση.
- 3Κλείσε ώρα ηλεκτρονικά μέσω της πλατφόρμας του Δήμου ή τηλεφωνικά στο κέντρο που διάλεξες.
