150 of the 834 courts we track in Attica are clay, and clay stays unplayable for hours after rain. This page reads the last 48 hours of rainfall over Athens and tells you whether the trip is worth making.
How the verdict is decided
- — Not playable if more than 1 mm fell in the last six hours, more than 8 mm in 24 hours, or more than 3 mm is expected today.
- — Doubtful if 2 mm fell in 24 hours, 10 mm in 48 hours, or drizzle is expected.
- — Playable in every other case.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee: drainage differs from court to court and the person on site always has the last word. One phone call before you leave saves the trip.
